The wisdom of yoga teaches us that life is an eternal present, a continuing moment. The real thing is this second. A decision is taken in a second, even when it took time to come out with it. Just a second and you might make a big mistake. A second is powerful! It is so tiny, yet important. One second of distraction, then an accident happens. Nevertheless, the mind always thinks of the past and of the future. It travels back and forth. It is hard for a regular mind to focus on the present. The amazing thing is that the past is gone and the future is not here yet. Both are not real. The present is all we have. Our life is this moment and nothing else. Learning to live in the present is a blessing if we do it in the proper way. How is it?
