STRESS: SOURCE OF FRUSTRATION AND SUFFERING.
Many things, not everything, are getting worst and harder. You cannot trust people so easy. We always have a worry or two, or three or... you understand. Many people suffer from depression and/or anxiety. We do not have a normal life where we live without worries or frustrations. We need to learn to be happy, to enjoy the present, to enjoy our family, etc. We are holding this stress day after day, over and over. That makes things worst. But the good news is that we can reduce stress quickly with a few techniques that we will show you.
The first thing is to understand that you can make a change if you really want. Nobody can do it for you. If you want something different you have to fight for it. Stress attacks the mind and it goes later into the body. That stress you are feeling in the neck or back comes from the mind. It is, the way we think is creating stress. That is the first thing to understand.
