SLEEPLESSNESS OR INSOMNIA.
How is it that we cannot sleep because we think?
Modern life is becoming boring and without sense. Many people are alive only because they can breathe; but they do not have a reason to be alive. Their lives are empty and without meaning. They worry about things they should not be worry about.
Modern life brings many challenges and one of them is to go as fast as possible. People run to the train or bus to go to work, they run to go back home, they run wherever they go. There is always something to do and there is not a break, a real break. They think they take a break when they are using the computer or tablet or when they are chatting with a good friend. Really? That is not resting because their mind is working.
Our mind is constantly thinking. It does it 24 hours a day. Yes, it thinks while dreaming too. The brain need a break as the body does. Neither your brain nor your body is a machine. They get tired and they need to stop everything for a while.
We all need to stop all our activities, at least, for a while.
Do you have things to do? Relax! It is not the end of the world. Enjoy your life; Take it easy. The more you worry the worst for you. Being worry about something does not fix the problem. Problems are solved by doing something. Yes, you have to think of how to fix a problem; but do not waste too much energy and time doing so. Be simple, use your heart. Keep your faith and take a decision without over thinking.
WORRIES AND INSOMNIA.
There are hundreds of worries. Believe it or not: It does not matter how much you get worry. it does not solve any problem. Being worry is just a bad habit which was learned when we all were kids. We saw our parents getting worry about all those things and we learned that. Nevertheless, we do not need to be worry, we need to solve problems or, at least, we need to face them properly.
Being worry creates more and more stress and it creates more problems. When we are stressed we cannot think properly and therefore we take wrong decisions. I bet a company or worry people could be built if worries could help us. The reality is the opposite: There are doctors trying to help people under stress and full of worries.
We need to take things more easy. We are just humans; we all make mistakes. Do not be so hard on you after a mistake. Just learn the lesson and move forward.
Usually we over think about things that will never come true. We get worry about many things that later do not come true. Stop over thinking and stop being worry! Yoga and meditation teach us to take things easy and to live the present!
LIVING THE PRESENT!
Living the present is understanding the moment you are living. All situations in life have a purpose. All situations are there for you to learn. Life is a process of learning. The best from the past is the lesson we learn. The best from having hope for a better future is the preparation for that future. But the present is the real moment you have to live. You can not live in the past and you cannot live in the future. One is gone and the other one is not here yet!
This moment is all you have to enjoy your life. If the situation, the present situation, is not a happy one then, at least, learn a lesson. All problems are there to make you stronger, but it is up to you.
Stop over thinking, stop being worry! Focus on all the people who loves you and those who need you (Family for example). Focus on your abilities and not on your weakness. Focus on the good things you have done, not in your mistakes.
Life is precious and you have to take the most from it! Being worry just take your power away from things that really matter. This present is your life and you have to enjoy it or, at least, you have to take it with the proper attitude.
If you do not focus on the good things you have then nobody else will do it for you.
There are some pills that do not create dependency: Melatonin pills, for example. Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland and it helps to control the sleep and wake cycles. The Melatonin pills can be consume as a dietary supplement in short doses: One before going to sleep, for example. Nevertheless, you should talk to your doctor before taking those pills. SLEEP BETTER: MOTHER NATURE TO THE RESCUE!
1> It feeds all living beings

This is why the symbol of Mother Nature is a cow A cow has an udder to feed several calves at the same time.
Melatonin can be found in some veggies and fruits. Believe it or not calcium helps to sleep better too. Why? because it helps the brain use tryptophan to manufacture melatonin. What is that? Here again the WebMd helps us:

Here are some nature made products that help you to sleep because they have melatonin or tryptophan or they induce, in someway, to sleep better: Tomatoes, lettuce, kale, almonds, walnuts, tart cherries, grape skins, bananas, cherry juice, chamomile tea, passion fruit tea, shrimp and Tuna. Melatonin can be found in wine and olive oil too; please remember: Not too much. Do not get drunk!
People, in ancient times, got everything from Mother nature. Nowadays we can ask for help to natural products; but we have great doctors to help us too.
