People forgot to be in peace with others and with themselves. That causes stress, a lot of stress. Fitness is not just working out, but learning to balance all your life. Real fitness is not just a physical challenge, but a mental discipline too.
Fitness includes nutrition: A good and balance diet. You should talk to someone who really knows about it because fitness without nutrition is not real fitness.
YOGA IS COMING TO THE RESCUE!
Some people practice really hard asanas and it is fine, I admire them! Nevertheless, yoga is not that hard and asanas is just a part of yoga. Yoga is a whole science and philosophy. It includes nutrition too.
A real fitness should include yoga practices.
This boring way of life that we had created with the mind can be changes with the mind. Yoga is a way of life, so it is fitness. The matter is not just to do exercises or yoga as a game, but as a discipline to improve our life.
Yoga has many ideas and a great philosophy to tell us how to live in harmony and peace with all living beings. Yoga goes with the flow of nature. That is what we really need in modern times.
We do not need promises of a better world. We need to take action to build it. Fitness and yoga go together to improve our body, our mind and soul.
It is not enough to talk about the problems of society. We need to plan our future with love and compassion for all living beings. The world is big enough for everybody.
FITNESS FOR A BETTER WORLD.
We have to encourage our children and teens to go to the gym, to do exercises for their own health and goodness. They will be our future and we need healthy and smart people.
All those hours in front of a TV or a computer or watching their tablets will destroy their health. Yes, they can use technology and they need it. But they need exercising and moving their bodies.
Fitness is so important in a boring and so cold society. The body needs to be in motion and to keep doing more and more. The body gets older faster as soon as anyone stops from doing exercises.
Sometimes people around their twenties cannot touch the floor without bending their knees. How is it so? A person who practices yoga can do that even if he/she is over fifty. How is it possible that young people cannot do that? The answer is simple: They stopped exercising!
Fitness and yoga are a need for the body and the mind. Nowadays there are many machines that can help to improve your health through exercising: Treadmills, elliptical machines, etc. there is not excuse to avoid exercising. It does not matter your age. All you need is your will and understanding about this.
The idea is not to have a perfect body with a great shape. The idea is to be healthy and enjoy your life longer.

Oatmeal combined with fruits is another good way to have a good breakfast.
The body has to work with many situations daily. So, it is important to have it ready for the battle of each day.
Getting good ideas about having a good meal is easy nowadays. So, start reading and learning to improve your diet.
Organic food is the recommendation; but… Is it too expensive? Well, it depends on the way you see it. You might not be able to eat organic all the time, but it is good to do some when possible.
There is a choice for organic foods: Go to your backyard and plant some tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Believe me it is a therapy and later you enjoy the outcome of your work. It really pays off.
