WHAT IS DETOXIFICATION?

Yoga asanas can help you to detox your body and meditation (together with yoga) can help you to detox your mind. We need to have a great body and a sharp mind. Life is hard and we need to be in shape to face all problems and situations in life. So, let us explain more about this important subject: HOW DETOXIFICATION CAN HELP US TO LIVE BETTER!
THE BODY: NUTRITION AND CLEANSE.
The body has ways to dump what is not good for us; but if we keep bringing more and more junk food into our body then it will over work and eventually it will not work properly. This means the body will not dump all it needs to unload. That is really bad because it will create illness, tiredness, mental confusion, etc.
The circulatory system, the digestive system and the lymphatic system are great to detox our body; but they need help. Yes, a proper nutrition is a good way to start. Nutrition, as explained above, is fundamental for our health and to avoid "trash" in our systems.
A vehicle has not feelings and it does not get tired. Nevertheless, we take care of it. W e tune up our car so it can perform better. Our body feels and it gets tired so we should take more care of it. Our body needs a tune up periodically so it can work better. We should practice a body cleanse every few months. It depends on your personal needs. This is something that we might discuss later.
Our modern life is killing us slowly because it is not a natural way to live. We are far from living a natural life. The good news is that more and more people are getting aware of it and they are taking action. So you should do too.
Stress combined with a poor diet or a poor nutrition leads to a non-healthy body. The latter can not perform properly under stress and, even worst, with a poor nutrition.
Please try to understand the need of a good nutrition and the need of a cleanse for your body.
Having a better life requires several things and, usually, some effort. Nothing is really free in life. We have to pay for a better life the exact price that it asks for.
Remember: REAL FITNESS IS THE WISE COMBINATION OF NUTRITION, YOGA (INCLUDING MEDITATION) AND EXERCISES!
Detoxing requires all of that! We really need a huge change on the way we live if we really want a better life.
It helps our digestive system with messages to the internal organs.
It also takes away muscular tensions that will stress and, with it, illnesses.
Releasing your body of toxin will make you feel better and with more energy.
It helps the circulatory system, so the blood moves toward different areas.
It will make you feel younger and with a sense of joy for life.
There are several yoga routines that leads to yoga detox. A person should take the one more convenient for him/her. We all are different in some way and therefore yoga is flexible to meet the needs of a particular person.
It is, as always, important to talk to a doctor before starting any exercise or yoga routine. Your doctor knows you better and he/she knows the specific needs of yourself.
