HEALTH IS VITAL FOR LIVING A BETTER LIFE.
Yes, we all want a better life and we cannot have it if we are not healthy. Modern life is very complex and it lacks a real purpose. Being healthy is not just a matter of the body, but a matter of the mind and the soul too. The way we think and we feel are part of our health. We are not machines, but human beings with thoughts and emotions. Nowadays, it seems that people forgot about being a human. People just think is their needs and work for that, but they forget making time for others and having time to laugh.
FITNESS AND NUTRITION.
* It develops self-esteem.
This is important to have a psychological health. People needs a sense of importance and a sense to be loved.
* It makes you feel comfortable and secure.
Yes, people who has a nice body, especially women, feel better.
* It makes you feel more accepted.
People should not judge others because of their body; but everybody does, especially men. They always are looking how nice a girl looks and they see first and later they do.
* It makes you fell younger.
A person with a great body looks younger and he/she feels younger.
* Yes, a great body usually is a healthier body.
Being too skinny or having extra pounds is not healthy.
Running is one of the best exercises and it is free. You can go to run to a park or. Just outside by your house. Swimming is the best, but y need a place where to do it. A gym is great if you are willing to pay.
A GOOD DIET.
Should you be a vegetarian or a vegan? Only if you want it. Nobody has a right to tell you what you have to do. It has to be your option. Obviously, eating veggies and fruits is really healthy. Please read my article: Vegetarianism and yoga (Link at the bottom)
OPTIMISM AND POSITIVE ENERGY.
People who are positive tend to have better days and they are healthier. Some people die because they were told they had just a few month to be alive. That idea killed them! When someone is sick we should give hope all the time. It helps patience to recover sooner.

Let us take a glance to some suggestions on how to live a healthier life.
* Keep your workplace clean and nit.
Believe it or not a messy workplace cause stress. Having that place clean and nit helps you to focus and to have a healthy mind.
* Keep priorities on top.
Having many things to do is part of the modern way of life, but nobody can do many things at the same time. The best deal is to do what is more important first and then continue with the next one and so on. It is important to have absence of what comes first and what is the last thing to do.
* Do not procrastinate.
Procrastination brings many problems, confusion, frustration,etc. It is a lot better and smarter to do everyday something or part of a task (When you have time to do so). If you leave thing for the las day you will need to rush and that will cause you to make mistakes or to forget something important. More over, you will look bad as a irresponsible person who the boss can not trust.
* Spend time with your love ones.
This is a priority. Why do you work so hard? Is not that for you and your family? Then do not forget about them. So enjoy with the family an evening, a weekend, a Monet, etc.
* Smile often.
Yes, life is hard sometimes, but suffering and complaining all the time do not help. Smile because you have many things others do not have. Learn to appreciate all you have. Practice gratitude and philanthropy. Let your heart to be alive.
* Keep things simple and easy.
A complex mind makes everything more complex. The solution of a problem su sully is simple, but the complex mind cannot see it. Try to make things simple, do not think too much of your problems. The more you think about a problem the more complex it becomes.
* Always see the positive side of things, even when they might not be so obvious.
Being positive helps a lot. Nevertheless, keep your feet on the ground. Many people practicing being positive forget the reality of life. Be positive, but fight to get what you want.
* Ask for help.
Sometimes we need help. What is the problem with it? We are just humans. Sometimes we need ideas or physical help to move something or a hug, etc. Look for someone you love or you admire and go for an advice or help.
* Avoid any addiction.
Addictions (Drugs, smoking, etc.) make you to depend on something. They are not good for your health either. If possible learn how to get rip off any addiction.
* Focus and meditation.
Being focus on what you are doing is really important to do anything better and, sometimes, faster. Meditation helps you to learn to focus on anything. Do not think twice and relax. Relaxing helps you to take things easier and to think more clearly.
* Yoga and exercise.
These are two great things to learn to have a better life. Make both habits and after a time you will see the results. You will not regret!
* Keep yourself clean and fresh.
Being clean and fresh is important to feel yourself better and to have a nice appearance. Whatever you like it or not this is so true: People will treat you the way they see you, not the way you want.
* Keep calmed, keep your hope and faith.
Panic is a destroyer of your life and it is a problem maker. Calmness is the best deal when problems come. Always keep hope and faith. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will not see that light if you are under panic.
* Your life and health is more important than any task to do.
Think of those who you love. They need you alive. So, take it easy. Nothing is more important than your life. Avoid stress, smile, be positive, do yoga, meditation and exercises. You are a title to a better life. But it will not come to you. You have to go for it. Your life is precious, at least to those who know you and love you. Do not kill yourself putting any task first than your life and health.
We need balance at home, in the workplace, at school or college, in every situation of life. It takes a while to learn to have balance. Nevertheless, it is possible with study and discipline.
The basic idea of balance is avoiding extremes, but it is a lot more complex than that.
We need balance on our nutrition or when doing exercise. Extreme exercises or extreme yoga asanas might result in a visit to the doctor. We all need vitamin and minerals, but too much is not healthy.
We need balance on our behavior. Being nice is most of the times the best deal, but some times being serious and not smiling too much is better. Sometimes we need to talk straight and to the point, but some times silence is the best way to talk. A hug could be the best in one situation, but in others it is not good.

Nature brings calmness and a sense of life. The more contact with nature the better for our health.

THE POWER OF SPIRITUALITY!
We all have material needs and we all depend on money. Nevertheless, the most important things in life cannot be bought: A real friend, true love, a beautiful dawn, the breeze by the beach, calmness and peace, etc.
Yes, we all believe on something. It is ok. We need to believe in something and we need to believe that our life has hope. Do you see it? That is spirituality. Faith is needed for our own health. Praying is important. We need to pray for others so they feel better or, if they are sick, then we pray for them to be healthy.
When we pray we are sending a special energy toward the person we are focus on. We are really helping that person. Spirituality is important. How can anyone pray without spirituality? Spirituality can be reduce to two simple words, that Buddha taught a lot: LOVE AND COMPASSION.
DO NOT HESITATE, SPREAD LOVE AND COMPASSION TO ALL BEINGS. PRAY FOR THE WELL-BEING OF OTHERS, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE SICK OR HURT. HELP OTHERS TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE SENDING YOUR POSITIVE VIBRATION TOWARD ALL PLACES OF THE WORLD!
When you pray for others you pray for you with action. How is that? Simple: What goes around comes around! Sooner or later that positive pray or vibration will come back to your life to help you to feel better or healthier or to get something you really need.
Do not forget the Law of Attraction: You bring to your life what you are. Your positive thoughts, your prayers for the wall-being of others will come back to you. Do not ever curse any one and avoid all kind of negative thoughts. Your life depends on different circumstances, but your thoughts, actions and decisions are affecting a lot to others and to yourself!
