SUGGESTIONS TO FIGHT STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION.
Exercise, yoga and meditation are really great techniques to fight stress, anxiety and depression. Many studies support this idea. Yoga, meditation and exercise can improve your health and your mood. We all have the right to live better; but it is up to us to do so. Let us explain and suggest a simple, but great technique to overcome those enemies of our welfare.
The first thing I will suggest you is to go to a doctor. I am not a physician, I am a yogi. I can tell my own experience and the experience received by teaching; but doctors know a lot better and with great details about stress, anxiety and depression. Please, visit your doctor and if he allows you to practice yoga and meditation as alternative medicine then great.
