Detoxification is purifying your body and your mind! Why do we need to detox our body and our mind? Stress is a silent killer and we all suffer it. STRESS AND TECHNOLOGY.
Modern societies are full of stress and this brings a lot of tensions, frustrations, anger, resentment, sadness, depression, etc. Technology is wonderful and we all need to use it, but how far can we go with it and its secondary effects?
Technology is a need in modern times because of the system of life we have created. Nevertheless, we have to be careful about using too much tech! Did any great Master use technology? How were they able to achieve higher levels of spirituality or conscience?
Is it possible that technology can help us to do yoga and/or meditation?

Yoga has some exercises to boost your energy. Breathing properly is the key to do so. Pranayamas are really great to boost your energy and to make you feel better. Yes, some asanas might help you as well. Nevertheless, breathing properly is the key.
Yoga emphasizes the idea of preserving energies and taking awareness of the energetic system to live longer and better. Yoga has a great science to achieve a higher level of awareness and energy level. It is a need to study this great science in order to take the best from it.
This modern life is so full of worries, issues of all kind and, as we all know, it is full of stress. The latter causes a lot of energy lost. A regular person lives under very low levels of energy and that is one of the causes of tiredness and lack of desire to be alive. It also causes mental confusion and insecurity.
What can we do?
SLEEPLESSNESS OR INSOMNIA.
Why people cannot sleep? How can we improve the way we sleep? What is causing sleeplessness or insomnia?Maybe most of the people already know one of the causes: Stress! It makes your head to over think and it turns the "Sleep Mode" into a "Hyper-Active Mental Mode." When there are many worries, many projects, many thoughts, many emotions, etc. within us then we cannot sleep. The body needs to sleep from seven to nine hours. It depends on individual needs. Not sleeping enough will affect your health sooner or later.

WHY BALANCE IS IMPORTANT?
Yoga and meditation are great to create balance in your life. Stress, worries, paying rent or mortgage, school, work, things to do, etc. make you feel tired and that is the routine of life. No wonder why people complain about a boring life. That actually is a life without balance and without purpose. Nevertheless, there is no need to live like that!
Yes, we all need money, we all need to work; we all have problems of different kind. We all are just humans. It does not mean that you cannot change your life and make it better. Yoga and meditation can improve your life a lot!

It is simple: Life is too stressful and boring. It should not be so; but it is the way we made it. FITNESS IS A WAY OF LIFE THAT IMPROVES YOUR BODY, YOUR MIND AND YOUR SOUL! Modern societies lack love, comprehension and human values. The outcome from that is a boring life where people are surviving; but they do not have a sense of what life is for.
People forgot to be in peace with others and with themselves. That causes stress, a lot of stress. Fitness is not just working out, but learning to balance all your life. Real fitness is not just a physical challenge, but a mental discipline too.
Fitness includes nutrition: A good and balance diet. You should talk to someone who really knows about it because fitness without nutrition is not real fitness.
WHAT IS FITNESS?
It depends on the way you see it and what you look for. Physical fitness is, for example, a state of health and well-being that comes out basically from exercises and a proper nutrition: sleeping enough or resting is part of it. Integral Fitness, on the other hand, is more than that. Then it involves a healthy mind and soul. Integral Fitness is a complete way of life that brings emotional, mental and physical health.

INTRODUCTION TO HEALING MEDITATION.
I practice yoga, meditation and I do exercising too. I think they, together with a healthy diet, are the keys for a better life. When I talk about a better life I mean it in a very integral way. Let me explain: We are not just a body, we have a thoughts and emotions; moreover we have a soul. I know it is easy to see our body, it is easy to detect that we think and that we have feelings; but … what about our soul? Do we have a soul?
Well, beyond the body, the mind and the feeling that we all have there is a root of all of them: Energy! Everything is energy. Matter without energy cannot exist. Energy itself needs matter even when that matter is invisible to us. Invisible? What do I mean by that? Well, it is simple and we can explain it thanks to modern science; but believe or not ancient sages knew about all that. But they did not use our modern terms, they used simple terms. Well, let us get into that point.
I know life is not easy and there are many reasons to suffer; but there are other reasons to be happy too. We should look for the bright side of things. So the following tips might help you in one way or another. But as always I have to recommend visiting your doctor especially if you are under too much stress, anxiety or depression.
