WHAT IS DETOXIFICATION?
Detoxification is purifying your body and your mind! Why do we need to detox our body and our mind? Stress is a silent killer and we all suffer it. Stress brings negative things into our life: Anger, frustration, sadness, guilt, negative thoughts, sugar, tobacco and alcohol over consumption, depression, anxiety, etc. Stress destroys all systems slowly. In one word: STRESS POISONS OUR BODY! Detoxification is the key to purify both: Body and Mind. Yoga for Detox is important to have a healthier and better life.
Yoga asanas can help you to detox your body and meditation (together with yoga) can help you to detox your mind. We need to have a great body and a sharp mind. Life is getting more and more complex and the price is a life without peace, harmony, freedom, happiness, etc. We need to improve our own life. We do not need to keep wondering around. Life is always changing and it forces us to change. Improving your life is possible with yoga, meditation and exercises. The only thing you need is ACTION and it is WILL POWER! Nobody else can improve your life, but you. It is your decision, it is your choice. do not hesitate and take it.
Will power is needed to wake up early, to run an extra mile, to do a hard task, to keep going when you are tired, to keep your relationship fresh, to face problems, etc.
Will power can help you to improve your life. How?
Mental health should be a priority in our life. Modern jobs are asking a lot from our mind. Schools and colleges too. Nevertheless, all that is creating too much pressure on us. Meditation comes to the rescue! The mind needs a break; relaxation and experiencing inner peace help a lot. We need to learn to use our mind and we need to take advantage of it.
We all are humans, not machines. Sometimes, we need to take a break from everything; that includes thinking. People think too much and that is not healthy. Over thinking does not solve a problem, being worry does not help. Did you ever think that thinking too much is one of the causes of some sicknesses?
HEALTH: THE CHAKRAS.
They are spinning electromagnetic wheels that absorb energy form the cosmos. Once they get this energy then they put them into the specific endocrine gland. The Vishuddha Chakra is related to the Thyroid gland and the Anahata Chakra is related to the Thymus gland and to the heart.
Both, the Thyroid and the Thymus gland, are important for our health and we need to work on the respective chakras to prevent any disease related to them.

INTRODUCTION TO THE SAHASRARA CHAKRA.
This is called the crown chakra and the crown of the saints. It supposed to have 1,000 petals. It is related to the pineal gland. This small endocrine gland produces serotonin derivative melatonin, which is a hormone that affects sleep patterns. Rene Descartes (He was a French philosopher, mathematician, and writer) thought the pineal was the seat of the soul.
All chakras are connected to specific areas and glands. We are not talking about a physical connection, but about an electromagnetic connection. The chakras are not physical lotus flowers or physical wheels. They are energetic centers, which bring energies from the universe to our body and more specifically to our endocrine glands and their areas.
STRESS IS A KILLER.
Working on the Manipura Chakra might help us to reduce stress. Yes, we all need some stress in life; but the problem is to live under stress because it will kill our health slowly. The Adrenal glands play an important role on our health and, specifically on controlling the levels of stress.
Stress will affect all the system of our body and eventually can cause death.
We should visit the doctor regularly; but we have to take action to prevent stress and any health problem. Let us try to explain how we can reduce stress working on this chakra.
STRESSFUL SOCIETY AND STRESSFUL JOBS!
Stress! We all have to fight it. Yoga, exercises and meditation are great to do so. This article will focus on how meditation can lower the levels of stress while you are working. Technology is wonderful, but it makes things faster. It is good for the company; but not for the employees. We need a better environment in the work place in order to be more productive. Nevertheless, the companies are too focus on how to make money and they forget that without employees the company does not do anything.
Some countries have two our lunch, so the employees can go to have lunch in their home and, even better, they can have a nap before returning to work. Obviously, it could be better to take the nap first and then lunch. Anyway the idea is really nice. The matter is simple: MODERN JOBS ARE TOO STRESSFUL!
What can we do?
STRESS AND TECHNOLOGY.
Modern societies are full of stress and this brings a lot of tensions, frustrations, anger, resentment, sadness, depression, etc. Technology is wonderful and we all need to use it, but how far can we go with it and its secondary effects?
Technology is a need in modern times because of the system of life we have created. Nevertheless, we have to be careful about using too much tech! Did any great Master use technology? How were they able to achieve higher levels of spirituality or conscience?
Is it possible that technology can help us to do yoga and/or meditation?
YOGA, BREATHING, PRANA AND ENERGY.
Yoga has some exercises to boost your energy. Breathing properly is the key to do so. Pranayamas are really great to boost your energy and to make you feel better. Yes, some asanas might help you as well. Nevertheless, breathing properly is the key.
Yoga emphasizes the idea of preserving energies and taking awareness of the energetic system to live longer and better. Yoga has a great science to achieve a higher level of awareness and energy level. It is a need to study this great science in order to take the best from it.
This modern life is so full of worries, issues of all kind and, as we all know, it is full of stress. The latter causes a lot of energy lost. A regular person lives under very low levels of energy and that is one of the causes of tiredness and lack of desire to be alive. It also causes mental confusion and insecurity.
What can we do?
SLEEPLESSNESS OR INSOMNIA.
Why people cannot sleep? How can we improve the way we sleep? What is causing sleeplessness or insomnia?Maybe most of the people already know one of the causes: Stress! It makes your head to over think and it turns the "Sleep Mode" into a "Hyper-Active Mental Mode." When there are many worries, many projects, many thoughts, many emotions, etc. within us then we cannot sleep. The body needs to sleep from seven to nine hours. It depends on individual needs. Not sleeping enough will affect your health sooner or later.
How is it that we cannot sleep because we think?
WHY BALANCE IS IMPORTANT?
Yoga and meditation are great to create balance in your life. Stress, worries, paying rent or mortgage, school, work, things to do, etc. make you feel tired and that is the routine of life. No wonder why people complain about a boring life. That actually is a life without balance and without purpose. Nevertheless, there is no need to live like that!
Yes, we all need money, we all need to work; we all have problems of different kind. We all are just humans. It does not mean that you cannot change your life and make it better. Yoga and meditation can improve your life a lot!
What is balance and why should I get it?
Yoga and meditation pay a lot of emphasis on emotions. People take care a lot about their bodies; but we are more than flesh and bones. We all have feelings and thoughts. Yes, there are positive and negative emotions and thoughts. We are humans, we are not perfect; but we can improve ourselves and our lives. Yes, if we learn to control both (Emotions and thoughts) we can learn to live better and help others too.
The whole world is full of violence, hatred, racism, bulling, war, revenge, etc. It is funny that some people think we are civilized. I really do not think so. Most of the people are not. There are too many persons full of negative emotions and they live without control; they live as savages. They do not have principles and they do not care about others. How can we call then humans?
Negative emotions turn people into savages. We cannot accept that fate to our life. We can change and become real humans and we need to get rip off these negative emotions or, at least, we need to control them. How can we do that?
WHAT IS FITNESS?
It depends on the way you see it and what you look for. Physical fitness is, for example, a state of health and well-being that comes out basically from exercises and a proper nutrition: sleeping enough or resting is part of it. Integral Fitness, on the other hand, is more than that. Then it involves a healthy mind and soul. Integral Fitness is a complete way of life that brings emotional, mental and physical health.
