This article has one purpose: giving some tips to keep yourself young longer to enjoy your life and be productive for the society and for your own family.

TIPS FOR A YOUNGER BODY AND A YOUNGER MIND.
EXERCISE: Keep your muscles in action.
Our muscles need challenges to keep doing their job. You do not need to get older to do exercises, the sooner you start the better for you.
Keep the muscles working and you will see the result. You do not need to be a body building, but it is good though. Well, you and everybody need to do exercises at least four times a week. Why do you want to get older soon? Why do you want to use a walking stick? You do not need that, seriously. Keep doing exercises and you will avoid to use any.
Do you want people coming after you when you cannot stand up by yourself? I bet you do not want that. So you have to do something about it.
If you are already old and you think you cannot start doing exercises at your age,then let me tell you how wrong you are. You need a professional trainer to help you, but. You can start practically at any age.
The older you get the less you will enjoy the regular things a young person enjoys. So, when you think it is too hard to do it then think about the benefits of it. What benefits? Some of them: A healthier and stronger body, independence, freedom, Etc.
Why do you have to stop from doing what you love to do? Because of age? Are you kidding me? Stand up and fight for your life! My grand hater use to say: “Old are the mountains and they
area green still.” He refused to be called old and he was having fun with his wife when he was more than seventy years old. So you can!
THE YOGA FACTOR: Flexibility and strength.
There are some yogis who keep their flexibility even when they are more than sixty years old. They show us that it is possible to do so.
Yoga also can give you strength, not as a body builder; but enough strength to keep your body In action. Remember: your bones need muscles to be able to work.
Everybody wants things to be easy, but everything is life has a price. All disciplines like exercising and yoga requires a lot of dedication to bring the results a person is looking for. All those effort are worthy at the end.
MEDITATION: The key to a younger mind.
Everything is so boring nowadays and people think it is the way of life we have. Schools need a change so students enjoy learning. Offices need a change so people enjoy working. Why do people pay a lot to have fun? Simple: They have a boring life. They need action, they need to relax, etc.
Meditation (Exercising an yoga of course) help to improve our life and to enjoy it. We need to take out this horrible stress cause for so. Many worries and this boring life. Yes, we need action and to have balance we need to relax. Here is where meditation comes along just to help you!
A deep meditation really helps a lot. Making the inner energies to flow in a natural way (Free of stress) works miracles in the inner world (Mind, body and soul). The only problem is this: It takes time to achieve higher levels of meditation. Well, lifting big weights take time too. But in the beginning you start with a light weight until you are able to lift something really heavy. Meditation works the same way and it is worthy.
Meditation connects you with your inner world. The deeper the connection is the better you feel. This brings inner peace and later it is reflected into your life. It is so wonderful!
This inner peace, this calmness is really good to keep your mind younger, it means, to have it healthy and active. The brain need a rest like a muscle does. If we just workout without a break
then the body might be hurt. Nevertheless, w use the brain all the time. We need to have moments of rest for our Brian, so it keeps working properly for a longer time. Meditation is the key for that!
FILL YOUR LIFE WITH POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!
Being pessimistic does not help at all. Yes, we all have some moments where things get really wrong, but crying, complaining or running away from problems do not help. We need the right position to face life and all its problems. That position is FILLING YOUR LIFE WITH POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!
KEEP A GOOD MOOD AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!
