My name is Oscar. I have been teaching meditation for almost 20 years and yoga for about 10 years. Both (Yoga and meditation) are my passion. Teaching is a great experience and I really enjoy it. Spreading the real meaning of yoga and meditation is important to me. It is also important to teach others how yoga and meditation can help us to live better and healthier.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS WEB SITE:
This is not a regular yoga site where you come to learn just about asanas. This site goes beyond asanas and relaxation. It gets into the deep meaning of both: Yoga and meditation. Nevertheless, it does not stop on it.
The main objective of this site is to provide you with tips, advices and techniques to improve your life practicing yoga and meditation. Its scope goes into integral fitness which includes nutrition and exercising. Therefore, this site is deep and it will get deeper and deeper.
Another objective is to clarify and explain what yoga and meditation really are. The real meaning of both have been lost in time, YOGA IS A LOT MORE THAN ASANAS AND RELAXATION IS NOT MEDITATION.
The objective is not focus on teaching asanas, but of course, we will explain some of them and the importance to practice them.
Meditation is the heart of yoga, but meditation is really deep. So we need to explain it properly. It is important to notice that we include meditation when we talk about yoga (Meditation is part of yoga), but sometimes we will make a differentiation.
We have created two main sections In order to provide a better explanation and understanding of yoga and meditation.

This section is more dedicated to the practical side of yoga and meditation, as well as the health factor. You will find out some tips to improve your life, your mood and, obviously, your health.
